The world we live in, is filled with over 1400 different edible insects. Insects contain the same nutrients as meat, they are rich in proteins, fats and contain few carbohydrates.
Our mission is to make tasty, healthy and sustainable food from edible insects. The GoodLife range includes mealworms, buffalo larvae, grasshoppers and crickets.
Our insects are rich in protein, unsaturated fat, iron, vitamins B1 and B12.
They can be eaten as a snack, as part of baking or as part of an (evening) meal.
