De Smaakspecialist takes over Ooomega

Ooomega is now part of the portfolio of de Smaakspecialist. The acquisition of Ooomega was successfully completed by both parties.

Adding Ooomega to the portfolio of de Smaakspecialist is a logical step that fits within the strategy of the company. The organisation is very well organized in terms of production, logistics and quality. This was recently confirmed by obtaining the IFS certification. The company’s own brand portfolio is solid, therefore the organisation is now open to collaborate with partners and brands that suits the company’s mission.
